Over 30 years ago, Genesis Restorations first started out in carpet and upholstery care with a desire to provide the highest service level possible.
Helmed and propelled by Graham Dick, the key to Genesis’ ongoing success has been Graham’s passion for every aspect of restoration and remediation. As a result, the Genesis team grew in expertise, size, and superior skills to become the multi-faceted, industry-leading restoration company it is today.

Graham founded Genesis recognizing that success is defined through serving others. Creating order from chaos in property damage is important and he believes that there is a significant connection to restoring the health and well-being of the occupants and owners as well.
Today, Graham is a recognized subject matter expert in all aspects of property restoration and especially in applying infection control prevention measures to construction and renovation in hospitals. This has led to constant participation in standards development with IICRC and CSA, presenting at industry conferences and involvement at a board level in associations ranging from the local Chamber of Commerce to the Restoration Industry Association. His passion for safety also led to co-founding the BC Assoc. of Restoration Contractors which has merged with BC Construction Safety Alliance where he currently works to develop asbestos training in collaboration with Worksafe BC.
Serving others has extended outside of industry to the Langley Food Bank and the Signal Hill Life Education Society.
Project Manager & Infection Control Specialist
Andrew’s last 4 years as a project manager came with a foundation of 5 years as a technician and a Master’s degree. He is currently leading the healthcare and restoration projects at Genesis.
Andrew’s ability to assess, scope and execute complex projects makes him an accomplished manager. His communication style is intentional and pro-active and his experience ranges from small restoration projects to multi-million dollar infection control compliance for construction projects in hospitals across Greater Vancouver and the Valley.
Matthew joined Genesis in 2021 as Operations Manager and brings over 20 years of Operations experience to the table.
Specializing in Asset Management and Supply Chain Management, Matthew’s expertise allows Genesis to anticipate our customers needs and provide the right people and the right knowledge to exceed our clients expectations.
